Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. Orders are normally porcessed within 1-2 business days.

Returns for Refund or Exchange:
If you received a wrong item, please call Not Just Fish within 2 business days from the date of receipt to obtain a valid RMA number. Replacements will only be sent once the wrong item has been received and confirmed by Not Just Fish. If you install or modify products ordered in any way whatsoever, you automatically waive your right to returns, refunds or exchanges.

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. This is only possible by contacting Not Just Fish and speaking to one of our sales rep. Please have the following ready when calling: Name, Order number, Date of Purchase and phone number where you can be reached.

Restocking Fees: Upon approval by Not Just Fish, there will be a 25% restocking fee on item returned without a valid reason.
Refunds: Upon approval by Not Just Fish refunds will be issued in the same manner it was paid minus restocking fees and shipping fees. (Cashier checks, money order(s), personal checks will be refunded via Not Just Fish company check) Please allow 7-10 business days for checks to be processed. -
All returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and returned to Not Just Fish within 14 days of receiving an RMA number.

RMA number(s) expire 14 days after they are issued. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.
Note: Separate RMA numbers should be obtained for different orders. -
In the case of error in Not Just Fish part, the customer is responsible for the safe return of item(s) in question. Not Just Fish will exchange the item in question with the correct item. Not Just Fish will credit the customer the original freight/shipping cost to the customer.

In the case of error, please call our Customer Service at 310-674-3474 within 2 days of receiving the item to generate a RMA number for exchange. Upon inspection, items found to be unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and in original undamaged packaging will be credited less any applicable restocking or re-boxing fee. Items found to be used, installed, not resalable, or with missing or damaged original product packaging will not be credited and the item will be returned to the customer upon request at customers expense.

Not Just Fish processes your order electronically, therefore, your order may be processed when you 'complete purchase'. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us immediately at 310-674-3474 if you wish change or cancel your order.

All canceled orders will assess a 5% cancellation fee.

Your order must be confirmed by Customer Service Rep it has not shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer. Once confirmed, you will be issued a credit or refund minus cancellation fees

Orders already shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer cannot be canceled and will fall under the Returns for Refund or Exchange guidelines.
